Terms and Conditions
1. Package Details
This 10 Lesson Package consists of ten individual lessons, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. Lessons are conducted at Young's Academy and are scheduled based on availability and the learner’s preference.
2. Pricing
The full cost of the 10 Lesson Package depends on the subject chosen. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the package and receive 10% off.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Make-up lessons will be available for lessons that are rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in the lesson fee being charged.

Same day cancellations will also result in lesson fee being charged.
4. Package Expiry
The 10 Lesson Package must be used within 12 weeks from the date of the first lesson. Any lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
5. Refunds and Transfers

Once purchased, the 10 Lesson Package is non-refundable.

The package is non-transferable to other individuals.
6. Progress Tracking and Evaluation
During the course of the package, progress tracking tools and evaluations may be used to monitor the learner’s improvement. Feedback will be provided at regular intervals throughout the lessons.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information collected during the sign-up process is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of delivering the lessons and related services.
8. Liability
By participating in the lessons, clients agree to take full responsibility for their own health and safety. The provider will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons unless caused by negligence on the part of the provider.
9. Promotional Offers
Special discounts or offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Offers are subject to change and availability.
10. Photo and Video Consent

Consent to Use Photographs and Videos: By signing up for this package, you grant Young's Academy permission to take photographs or videos during lessons, which may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, or advertisements.

Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your image or likeness used in promotional materials, please inform us in writing before the start of your first lesson.

Revocation of Permission: You may revoke your consent at any time by submitting a written request to Young's Academy. However, please note that this will not apply to any promotional materials already in use or published prior to the revocation request.
11. Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or during their sessions.
12. Agreement
By booking the 10 Lesson Package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
